CANCELLATION POLICY
☀️ CANCELLATION POLICY At Sandia Sunless, appointment times are reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • We cannot guarantee service for clients arriving more than 5 minutes late. These clients may need to reschedule. • Mobile appointments may require additional notice due to travel scheduling.
